              I have been mislead and lied to from this healthshare company. I have been getting ambiguous answers about what is and what is not covered. When I started this policy, I was told that after 3 copay visits to doctors, all visits and procedures would be covered at 70%. After finally being told mri's are covered, I was charged $1268 and $253 was applied resulting in $1015 due by me. I had an upper endoscopy done at a surgery center, which was not covered by the insurance portion, but I was told by a supervisor from this healthshare that it was covered by a network rate because this facility was in network. Nothing was paid, resulting in a bill for $3385 billed to me. This upper endoscopy procedure that I received was performed by a doctor in the network, and after calling ahead to this healthshare and being told this procedure was covered, I found out that I currently have $1900 pending from this doctor that won't be paid because now they say it is not covered. $6290 in debt now.

              I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Do not ever work here. There are a lot of girls who have been sexually harassed (including myself) who try and report it and get fired. This company doesn’t have an HR at all. It is extremely sexist. They are an insurance based company and has not been HIPPA compliant for a couple years. Don’t ever work here. Unless you want to be screwed over
