      Don't Buy! Won't fit ears and cost money to return. Look at 1 star reviews. Company won't stand by their products and returns are at your expense.

      AXIL lists the return policy so our customers know the process upfront. The return policy can be found in three main places on our website: the ********************** and Terms and Policy. Additionally, AXIL works hard to accommodate fit. We send three sets of tips, each in three sizes. Plus, we give a full 30 days to ********.  We have acted in good faith with this customer.

      I'm leaving a 2 star review simply because they issued a full hassle free refund within a few days of receiving the product back of course I had to pay return shipping Their products do NOT work as advertised and I only used 1 of the 2 GS extreme 2.0 I bought once Mic has zero noise canceling so forget making phone calls even in a low noise environment because the person on the other end will be screaming at you if they don't just hang up Noise canceling is basically none existing

      Yeah - coming here just to add to what I am sure are people finding out too late this company's products are substandard. Purchased the ** Extreme ear buds off an online marketing campaign for $100 off the $200 retail purchase price - should have known better when it seemed like they were/are giving these away. They lasted one charge and less than 30 days from first use (their policy states your 30 days starts the day they're delivered), and when I asked for a refund they pointed to the 30 Day Return policy and offered me a store credit instead. Upon reflection this seems like a classic bait and switch to get their pos product out the door to then commit you to another (highly likely) substandard and over-priced product. Stick with ******** or another more reputable brand..

As a small company, we understand you are unhappy with our 30 return day policy and that your unit did not perform correctly. We would have been happy to exchange it or, as our policy states, give you credit for any other AXIL product. We have several. Our return policy is in place to create transparency. So our customers can purchase with confidence, knowing exactly what they can expect. This is so we can create transparency and there are no surprises. We also have many products that we can assist our customers in finding what they may need or want. Integrity is important to us as a company. So in your case, even though you purchased it 70 days ago, we have made an exception to this policy as you requested. For us, our priority will always be to honor our customers.
