There should be a way to give zero stars. 1 is inaccurate. I got all new windows from imperial. They miss measured which delayed the install by 2 months. They finished the windows in July instead of May. Then after 2 weeks they sent my **** to collections. I called them to see when they were going to come fix my windows because several leaked whenever it rained and ask why they would send the **** to collections when the invoice said I had 30 days from completion to pay. *** promised to have someone come the next day to fix them so I paid the **** even though experience says once a bad company is paid they dont fix anything else. Shockingly they did not show up the next day. Then they sent me a $2,151 new **** for them sending my **** to collections early. I think it was retaliation for opening a claim against them to the better buisiness bureau. I called multiple times and they would not return my call. We were looking into lawyers to resolve this when BBB told me to contact ******************* Services. here is there info. consumerprotection.****.gov/consumers/ 801 and 530 and ****. If you use this company you will need this info. After they were contacted by the state they were all too willing to answer my call (though they did not call me) and repair the multiple leaking windows and wave the trumped up fees. You may want to save your self some time and use ***** Paint and Glass.
