            Paid in full up front 4/3/2021 $848.00 for Quartz Countertop slab install and fabrication. 4/8/2021 - scheduled appointment to measure between 10am-3pm. Guys shows up late, says he had an incorrect address. I verify all information. Appointment to install scheduled 4/22/2021 again 10am-3pm. They NO SHOW the appointment. I had to reach out to them to get information and now Tiffany will not return a text or call with relevant information regarding a rescheduled appointment after I have given her 5 possible and reasonable choices that align with my availability. I want my installation or I will file a Claim with the Utah Court.

            We just built our home and used many contractors. Creative granite was an absolute nightmare to work with. They were horrible in every way possible. Bad communication. Sent out amateur installers. Installed countertops crooked. Lost our sinks. Didnt come when they said they would. Delayed our house by about a month. We are finished with the house and they still have not finished with the job. They ruined our granite with the wrong sealant and now they have been avoiding our builder and us for the last two weeks as we are trying to come to a good resolution. Then they had the nerve to put a lien on our property. My biggest regret on building is using this company. Since using them, I have talked to tons of people that abuse them and nobody is happy with their work and other professional say that they are the worst to work with would not recommend them to my worst

            We installed the countertops late because painters werent done. We went at least 4 times and couldnt finish the work. They just keep asking for discounts because they claimed the granite is ruined. Granite is a natural stone and comes with a lot a marks and strikes that we have no control. They selected the material and saw it before we installed it. The last time we went and clean the countertops they told my technician we better get a BIG DISCOUNT So bottom line they do not want to pay the bill. Thats why we had to put a lien on the property. Again nothing wrong with the granite. Thats how Granite comes from Nature.
