Online customers may use: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or E-Check using our online portal linked with our online invoice. Online services require payment prior to any paid services being performed. Expected service and cost will be provided following our FREE checkup.
Refund and Exchange PolicyWe offer a 14 day return for all standard parts and accessories purchased. NOTE: Special order items may be subject to additional return policies depending on the vendor the item was purchased from. This may include restocking fees, return shipping fees, or may not be returnable. Please verify return options prior to ordering. Software can not be returned once opened and/or installed. Any software returns must be handled by the manufacturer according to their policies. Labor can not be returned. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your service. For this reason, we will guarantee our service for 14 days. If we perform a service and the same problem returns we will repeat the service at no charge. OR, if the problem is found to be caused by additional issues that we did not successfully identify the first time, we will provide a service credit towards the new service.
