If there was a negative star, these guys would get it. They are the most difficult and deceptive collection agency I have ever dealt with. I requested that they send me any paperwork related to the original bill and I never got it. The original bill was from 2019 and the original debtor could not even find the original bill. When I questioned them about the total, they laughed at me and would not even work with me on reducing the amount. They leave you a message from a random number that comes up as spam. They are horribly unprofessional and I hope I never have to deal with them again.

Outsource Receivables Management strives to deal with consumers professionally and fairly in performing our duties as a collection agency. Outsource provides true and accurate contact information on all communications. Accounts assigned to ********** are not purchased and any reduction of the balance is at the discretion of our client, not the Agency. Outsource sends all notification, including validation as outlined in all regulations governing the industry. Outsource followed all policy and procedure in this case and dealt with the consumer in a professional and fair manner. I kept getting phone calls from this company but my phone kept marking it as a spam call. They would not leave a message so out of curiosity, I decided to call the number back. It is a bill collector which I thought was funny because I make more than enough money to pay my bills...and I do pay my bills.....IF I see them. I was indeed a bill that I owed but when asked when they sent off the bill, the lady said that the notifications look like junk mail...HHmmmm weird...I wonder if SHE opens everything that looks like junk mail...???...I told her that I would pay the full amount IF they remove the derogatory mark from my credit report..she said NO...just NO...there was not anything else but NO..I told her that I would see her in court then...she quickly changed her tune and said could speak with a supervisor..she came back on the phone and said that she could remove it as a one time courtesy....a courtesy would have been to just do it from the get go instead of being a total HAG. These people better get it right...I would not leave any stars if that was an option or send them a bill for interrupting my business with her nonsense.

Outsource did indeed speak with the consumer. All correspondence sent to the individual received no response from the Agency. The credit reporting agencies require Outsource to provide a status of paid in full, and a deletion is only to be used if the item was sent to the agency in error, which this was not. However, in an effort to assist the consumer Outsource did agree to remove the item from the consumer's credit history, which has been completed. Outsource has dealt fairly and professionally with the consumer in this matter.
