September 20th i called veracity to let them know I would be discontinuing my service on October 1st. The gal whom I spoke with didnt say anything more than , ok I will put that in and you are cancelled. unbeknownst to me, I was charged for another month of service. I called the company only to have the rudest women whom said that I needed to sign paperwork that was sent to me! I was NEVER told that by the previous woman and come to find out (after talking to this woman) that the emails were in my spam)! The rude woman continues to tell me that I canceled my service on the 30th but was used until the 1st and therefore I will be billed for another month!! The whole conversation with this woman (******* ) was nothing more than a rude conversation and she tried to justify the charges! The documents she resent to me DID NOT even represent what the documents were that were sent to me ( in spam).I refuse to sign the documents, as they are stating that if I sign I agree to pay the *****.and then the contract with them will be closed. I did NOT agree with the ***** coming out of my account on October 20th but I wanted to be done with this company! Yet, they said I owed another *****. I refuse to give this abhorrent company another dime, and should be compensated by them!
