            In way of customer review- we bought an addition to our back yard patio awning that has leaked at the seam ever since it was installed. We have had their people out to correct the issue only to have temporary band aid solutions that dont last. I suggested they rebate a portion of the good money we spent so we could hire a qualified contractor to repair, but was told the boss would have to inspect it before anything else could be done. I felt that was reasonable, so I gave options for scheduling that to happen that I could do with my work schedule. I was told that I would have to come up with some other options because the boss couldnt (or wouldnt) do the time that I proposed that worked for me. Talk about poor service and the stereotypical attitude of having my money and not caring enough to solve a problem. Anyone looking to do business with this company may take this info consideration.
