Complaint: Bought a truck 2,000 miles sight unseen. Was reassured everything is in good working order. When arrived it was not. I bought this truck from ***** automotive sight unseen from 2000 miles away. I was very leary of doing so but was convinced by *****, my sales guy, that the truck was fully serviced and 100% in working order. I asked many specific questions about the truck and what kind of service was done and what their protocol was on used trucks. ***** assured me this truck was 100%. When it arrived I was very happy with the condition of the truck and was happy with my purchase until the first snow. Now this is a big 4 wheel drive truck. in the snow I switched to 4 wheel and nothing happened. Four wheel drive does not work. so for three days I was not able to use my truck due to four wheel drive issues. Now the truck is over shutting off due to a oil cooler failure.So it sits in the driveway and I cannot use it at all. I use this truck for work and everyday it does not work, I lose $$. I have talked with several people including *****, ***** the mechanic, and various others and the comments are, "we will get you fixed up" and nothing happens! If I bought the truck there and did not do my homework, shame on me, but that is not the case here. I trusted ***** and Watts to sell me a good running truck from the start, and well this is not the case. All I get is, someone will call you back and no one every does! They were supposed to send parts out, and never did! I understand that I bought the truck "as is" but I paid top dollar for the truck and trusted ***** to sell me a 100% functioning truck, and well it sits in the driveway!!
Desired Settlement: What I want is a new OEM Ford oil cooler ($300) and the diagnosis of why the 4 wheel drive does not work, at there cost, and the parts to fix it. I will pay for the labor to install.....
