We have purchased Dowdle puzzles in the past with no problem. At Christmas time in 2021 we purchased a Christmas puzzle. On completing the puzzle we discovered several pieces missing. I contacted Dowdle Folk Art and was assured a new puzzle would be delivered. It took several phone calls, but we finally received the replacement puzzle. We next purchased the Utah State University puzzle in the Spring of 2023. On completion we again discovered missing pieces. On contacting customer service we were told a replacement puzzle would be shipped immediately. After waiting several weeks we again contacted customer service. This time we were told to use the online form. I asked if we could just resolve the problem since I was already on the phone with them. I was again told a puzzle would be sent. This customer service representative appeared annoyed that I didn’t want to use the online form. Again the puzzle was not sent. I sent in the online form and was notified the problem was in the process of being resolved. Again, nothing except ads from Dowdle appearing in my email. I again contacted customer service and was told the order would be expedited and I should receive the puzzle in 2-3 business days. Again, no puzzle. I am tired of the run around with this company. It is highly unlikely we will ever purchase a Dowdle puzzle or recommend them in the future. As of time of filling this complaint we have not received the puzzle or heard from the company except for ads to my email. In the future we will block their email. I do not have any supporting documents.
