            I purchased a handgaurd and the description states good to excellent quality. Handgaurd received is poor. Has heavy makings on it and is more than a little cleaning like the add states. The part also has broken chips on it around the edges. Company states they don't issue refunds on surplus parts.I also ordered a spring that was not correct to my rifle. They stated they will give me store credit or refund with 20% restocking fee. I Bellieve this is fraud selling parts with misleading information and I'm being penalized on the other part I purchased because they sent me the wrong one.

            Worst company in the world to Deal with ordered parts and they ended up being the wrong ones sent them back and never got refunded and when they did refund it it was for the wrong parts they refunded me for a 30 dollar order instead of the $127 order and then their customer service blamed me and said the ********************** that i still have are the ones i sent back so they stole ****** from me.

            We have listened to the call the customer is referring to when he contacted us on 1/24/22. There was no blame being placed from our representatives end to the customer. Our representative who handles the returns indicated very clearly to the customer what was specifically returned and what was done with the return. Customer was not willing to let our representative give any other resolutions to the matter as he was clearly upset regarding the situation and disconnected the call. The outcome ended up where a full refund for the order in question has already been issued to the customer, regardless whether all the ********************** were returned or not.

            The parts that were refunded were the wrong order which i have pics and packing slip from order along with packing slip but you ****** serive can do no wrong from what she said even when i told her she had the wrong number. and based on your other reviews this happens all the times
