of May 22, 2017, BBB has received three complaints from consumers alleging they
received invoices from AND Media for a premium website listing on www.justgotfound.com they never agreed
to.  In each instance, AND Media has responded and resolved the
complaints.  On July 10 and 28, 2017, BBB contacted AND Media for
additional information about their company.  BBB found their advertised
addresses in Seattle, Washington and Quebec, Canada are Regus owned virtual
offices.  BBB could not find a business license with Washington State nor
an enterprise registration in Quebec, Canada for the company.  BBB could
not locate company ownership nor a physical location.   On August 2,
2017, the company responded to BBB to say the company is currently
restructuring and declines to provide information at this time as the
information is subject to change in the near future.  The company has
stated they intend to provide the requested information in the future. 
The company did confirm they are physically located in Quebec, Canada but did
not provide a physical location.
