Consumers claim they order a mystery box and the items are not delivered. In addition, consumers reach out to the business for a refund and have not received a response.
Based on these serious claims, BBB requests the following information:
1. copies of this firm's promotional and advertising materials
2. an explanation of this company's fees and refund policy
3. an explanation as to the steps a consumer must take to notify this company if an order has not been delivered and they would like a refund
4. the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of 10 references who have used this company and its services
The BBB contacted the business on March 13, 2014, and March 28, 2014. According to the USPS's website, both letters were signed for and delivered; however, the BBB has not received a response to the above information.
