The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On August 5, 2025, Utah Division of Consumer Protection issued an Administrative Citation against Utah Tree and Landscaping, Inc., dba Alta Design and Construction, Atlas DC, Sunnara Installs, and Christopher Diaz Delgado. The citation alleges 11 violations of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act(CSPA) and imposes a $27,500 fine. The citation also orders a cease and desist from violating the CSPA, the RSEDA, and the CSPA Rule.
