I am deeply sorry you feel this way. It wasn't until we were finishing up you wanted Premier Quality Home Improvements LLC to give you a discount on items that are not somewhat to us. I'll be glad to post the last invoice on this site so you can be proven you are lying on things that were credited back to you. Also, nevertheless, I didn't order the windows. You meet with the window company and choose your window and color. Once you decide on the window, we place an order; Premier Quality Home Improvements LLC pays for them. If you would like your credit of $1500, you must take it with the window company that made the error by ordering white windows instead of clay color. About trash it when I was on medical leave due to covid. You probably forgot that I mentioned once I get back to give me a copy of the invoice you paid for trash pick up, and you never did so. I did say that gives me a copy of the paid invoice; we will deduct it from the final invoice. On the contract, it stated one punch list. When the punch list was complete, you turned in a second, third, fourth, and fifth final punch list. On contact, it says one free Punch list after the first one $35 hourly rate. Also, on the last Dumpster, it was no charge. We had to rent one additional dumpster and it was not charged to you for the same reason I use Dumpster. You said I never met with you well that is another lie. Once again I am deeply sorry for the way you feel. One final thing the invoice went up because you never paid for master bathroom custom shower glass door. Have a wonderful day. Louis R******
