    Gene Brislin, PE was hired by contract signed on 1/24/2025.His work scope was to supply design drawings and structural analysis so that we could obtain an approved building permit for repair of termite damage. Funds already paid are: $350 for his pre-contract inspection, $1000 down payment for contract work, and $500 for recommended drawing technician to speed his work along.
    Mr. Brislin has missed all original contract delivery dates and promised catchup dates. Activity timeline follows:

    Email 2/14/25 identifying Brislin has missed his own last promised delivery date of 1/31/25 and continue to impact our ability to obtain a building permit and start repairs. This email offered Brislin a last and final chance to complete the contracted work by 2/28/2025.
