Your Luggage Can Hurt You This Holiday

A lot of people think that you can only get sick from the flu and allergies during the holiday season, but American Consumer News warns that the biggest health concern can be your excess luggage.  

Traveling can be hectic during the holiday season and too often, people over pack or carry their luggage the wrong way causing serious injury forcing them into emergency rooms and stay in bed.    

Consumers need to be especially careful when carrying luggage not to cause strain to back, arms and legs.  To avoid injury, experts recommend paying attention to how you pack. If you can, stay away from using one big luggage and try to pack light.

And if you're bringing home gifts, send them earlier to your final destination so you're not bogged down carrying them with you.
