Even though corporate profits are on the rebound, most big businesses say it will be some time before they can give as much cash to charities as they did before the recession, according to USA Today.

100 companies answered a survey that USA Today conducted with the Chronicle of Philanthropy and said they expect their 2010 donations to be the same as 2009 -- a year where cash giving fell by 7.5%.

Top Corporate Donors in 2009:

  • Walmart - $288,091,839
  • AT&T - $239,998,646
  • Bank of America - $209,116,567
  • Wells Fargo - $202,014,244
  • Exxon Mobil - $187,121,560
