Some Vonage Consumers Might Be Eligible To Receive Refunds

Internet-based phone service, Vonage, announced today that they will give refunds to customers who complained it was just about impossible to cancel their phone service, according to Dayton Daily News.    

With so many phone services available, it's easy to shop around for the best deal. As it turns out, Vonage realized that too and paid their customer services representatives incentives to keep costumers from canceling. In addition to the refund, Vonage will be looking at revising their offers of free services, money back guarantees and trial periods.

Which means they'll draw the same conclusion every other telecommunications provider has come to. Charge outrageous cancelation fees to where you can't financially afford to quit their service.
