Scammers Using Web Seals to Lure their Victims

Just because a Web site displays a seal of approval doesn't mean that the company is one you're going to want to do business with.

KABC-TV found out some of those seals that tell you a certain Web site is safe are not to be trusted. They provide a behind-the-scenes look to see what those seals really mean.
