Levana Wireless Video Baby Monitors
About 800 Levana Wireless Video Baby Monitors (Model LV-TW300) were recalled yesterday due a potential fire hazard with the product, stating the wires inside the monitor can overheat and burn. These products were sold in BB Buggy and Health and Safety stores, as well as on the Internet between February and May of 2010.
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return the monitor to the manufacturer, Circus World Display. Circus World Display will either refund your money or replace the monitor with a different model.
For more information consumers can contact Circus World Displays between 8 AM and 5 PM ET at 866-946-7828 (Monday-Friday), by e-mail at support@svat.com, or visit www.mylevana.com.
P. Graham Dunn Toy Rattles
About 500 wooden toy rattles were recalled on Wednesday due to a potential choking hazard. The wooden dowels can be put in at an angle, which allows the metal rattle inside to become uncovered. This creates a choking hazard for young children. The rattles were sold in book retailers and gift stores nationwide between June and July of 2010.
