BBB Accredited Businesses rock – and I’ll tell you why! Not too long ago my husband and I needed work on sewer pipes at a rental house. I cringed. This was not going to be cheap.
The bill arrived a few days ago and I was right. It wasn’t at all cheap. But here’s where it gets interesting. In an enclosed note, the business owner apologized for the total and gave a thorough accounting of what was done and why.
He also explained what he chose not to do.
