H&R Block expects to file fewer tax returns this year as well as fiscal expectations, according to
Kansas City Business Journal.
The tax firm has prepared 6.3 fewer tax returns than last year but its retail stores took the biggest hit: an 8.2 percent decline. Why the decline? Unemployment in an unstable economy. H&R Block however is coming up with new ways to stay in touch with customers by offering free apps for the iPhone and iPod touch.
