It can be difficult for families when a loved one dies but one cemetery in Loveland, Colorado is under fire for putting out a grave marker a year late, according to
The Reporter Herald.
The Better Business Bureau in Denver has received seven complaints against Foothills Gardens of Memory, all about receiving and repairing grave markers.
One couple was promised a grave marker for their stillborn daughter but it never arrived. Months passed and the grieving father called Foothills, asking what happened and they said that the grave marker was the wrong size so he was forced to buy another one. The promised grave marker finally arrived in April.
The Better Business Bureau advises consumers to check out
BBB’s reliability report online or download the
BBB’s Accredited Business Locator so you can avoid being scammed.
