Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard Team Up to Create New Tablet

Microsoft is teaming up with Hewlett-Packard to create a computing tablet device, rivaling Apple, according to San Jose Business Journal.   

The CEO of Microsoft is expected to make the announcement at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas today. Apple's announcement will come later this month in an event in San Francisco. Not much is known about the specs of the device.
