Keep ‘Em Separated, Say Fliers

Most air travelers would prefer to limit families with small children to one section of the plane, USA Today reported today.

When asked if they want to see airlines create a special section for families, nearly 60 percent of people polled selected that they “don’t have young children and want to sit as far away as possible.” The survey was created by Skyscanner, an airfare comparison website.

However, don’t look for “families only” seating on your next flight. The article quoted airlines spokespeople dismissing the idea as impractical.
