It Just Got Easier to Complain About Your Phone Service

Ask yourself this question: Do you feel frustrated -- maybe annoyed with your telephone company? If you answered yes, now you have a way to voice your opinion.

KOMO News reports that the Federal Communications Commission gets a lot of complaints about phone service, both wireless and wired. And the agency wants to see what it can to do make things easier for phone customers. They recently launched section on their Web site for users to leave comments/complaints. Check it out here.

Ha! The unreasonable complaints we make about our wireless providers move from being psuedo-sympathetically entertained by our peers in blogs to similarly condescended by the FCC.
In my experience there's rarely a problem that's validly the company's fault, and on that odd-occurence that is, they're usually good about assisting where they can.
On the other hand, venting to an authority figure who is supposed to be there and helping you in some vaguely defined way is probably good for people too.
