Today, Freddie Mac released their quarterly report on home prices, according to the
Washington Business Journal.
The Pacific region saw prices up 3.9 percent but New England and the Mountain region still suffered. However, home prices in the District of Columbia, Maryland and in Virginia were up 1.1 percent.
Nationwide, the average quarter-over-quarter increase in third quarter prices was 0.9 percent.
