Grocery Store Items to Help Fend Off Swine Flu

Trying to stay clear of an H1N1 outbreak? While no over-the-counter item is going to protect you or your family 100% from getting the illness, FiLife has a list of a few grocery store finds that may help you avoid the swine flu.

Three products you may want to try:

  • Anti-bacterial wipes. Wipe down counters and other common area surfaces like doorknobs and cabinet handles.
  • Masks. You can find non-surgical masks next to the pharmacy at your neighborhood grocers.
  • Soap. Make sure to wash your hands often!

Masks might just become the new fashion statement if the H1N1 keeps up its epidemic status.
