Flight Delays Up 50 Percent From Last Year

Since the bomb threat Christmas Day, security at airports has gotten tighter, according to Consumerist.com.

That’s good because it prevents another terrorist attack but it’s bad for the airline business.  The percentage of canceled departures and delayed flights has doubled from last year. The worst of the bunch was Fort Worth, Dallas and Kennedy.
