Early Black Friday Ads Not Always Accurate

The three week countdown to 'Black Friday' begins today but already, if you type 'Black Friday' into google, you're sure to find sites offering discounted items.   But even though these sites offer discounts, consumers need to be careful because three weeks later, items and prices can be changed, according to KOMO News

Since discounted items can't be purchased before Black Friday, it's a good idea to go back and check sales ads a couple days before Thanksgiving.  If the available items are still discounted, they will likely stay that way after Thanksgiving. Sites that currently have 'Black Friday' ads are: Sears, Kmart, Lowe's and Old Navy.
