Delta Plans Upgrades in Hopes to Improve Service

Delta Airlines plans some major upgrades to their aircrafts over the next 3 ½ years, according to The Detroit News

These upgrades include remodeling existing plans and improving fuel efficiency, spending roughly $300 million per year through mid-2013. The upgrades are not limited to simple flight remodeling though, as it also includes adding more entertainment options to coach cabins, lie-flat seats for international premium fliers, airport VIP lounges and other customer service improvements.  

While other major airlines are ordering new planes this year, Delta is only ordering four crafts.
