A new Anheuser-Bush promotion isn't going down too smoothly with several colleges.
Dozens of universities have voiced their displeasure with AB's latest promotion that features Bud Light beer cans wrapped with local schools’ team colors, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The 'Fan Can' involves 27 color combinations, representing universities throughout the U.S.
Colleges argue that the promotion could increase underage binge drinking and make it appear that the schools are endorsing the beer. AB says the promotion targets of-age fans that support their college teams, The Journal reported.
