AT&T has a new application for their Apple iPhone users, Mark the Spot, according to
Mobile Burn.
The new app allows iPhone users to report network problems in a geographic area, based on the nature of the situation, description, location, time and device information, all of which will be sent directly to AT&T's networking planning team.
A similar app for other AT&T smartphones will be available soon.
