‘As Seen On TV’ Products: Do They Really Work?

At some point or another, Americans watch Infomercials with too good to be true products, according ABC7.

The first thing consumers should know is that the tagline ‘order in six minutes’ is because dopamine, which stimulates the excitement factor in the brain drops in five to six minutes.  With that in mind, infomercials have to sell you their product within a certain timeframe to guarantee that you will buy it even if you don’t need what they’re selling.  

Following the strict diet guidelines of the Ab Swing Pro, you will definitively loose weight.  

But following the suggested 3 minute work-out, no and you would probably have better luck taking a walk.  

Slap Chop chops nuts, other vegetables and chocolate but does not chop them evenly and harder vegetables take 20 more or more slaps. It took 10 washes for lint to come off the Snuggies and the one-size fits all, is also not true.

The blade guard on the Slap Chop gets jammed easy. Actually, the blade went thru it on on the second use. And who has the time to order another? The Snuggie is so thin one can see thru it. (Got one as a gift.) Definitely, be fully clothed.
