447,000 Infant Car Seat Carriers Recalled

447,000 infant car seat carriers, including some by Eddie Bauer and Disney have been recalled, according to ABC15.

Details: The recall involves infant car seat carriers purchased between January 2008 to present from Safety 1st, Cosco, Eddie Bauer and Disney. The recall was announced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Dorel Juvenile Group.

Hazards: The infant car seat's carrier's handle can become loose.

Remedy: The government advise consumers to stop using the seat's carrying handle until a repair kit is available.
