I went to the *** located inside of ***************** on 9/9/24 at around 11:30am. I began using the *** like I have been for the past few months (never any prior issues), and the first attempt the machine says its an error. Doesnt decline, doesnt say insufficient funds, nothing of the sort. So naturally, I try twice more just in case. Still the same issue just shows error. I walk down to another store right near that one and try their machine because it seems like there was a problem with the other one, and I enter my card like usual and when I try to withdraw cash this time around, it says insufficient funds. So at this point I know theres an issue because I hadnt gotten any money from the first machine and on the camera footage you can see me waiting around for it to disburse the cash and nothing EVER came out. So, I rush over to ***** again just to see if maybe the money came out because on my transactions it says it was a cash withdraw of $180, and obviously it wasnt there because I wouldve seen and heard it the first time. I have called the *** company about this issue and I feel like they are giving me the run around and as a stay at home mom of 2, needed that money YESTERDAY. I had been waiting on it for an entire week and I feel like someone shouldve came out, serviced the machine, and gave me my funds. Its not fair that I have to wait, contact my bank for a dispute which takes 20 DAYS to even receive anything. I dont want to wait anymore because I shouldnt HAVE to. The problem is with their machine, their error and they should fix it right away. Im stressed out because I needed that money for things for myself and my kids for the next 2 weeks and now I have no way to get ANYTHING. I will go as far as making a police report today (9/10/24) to get my money back.
