Pattern of Complaints

BBB files indicate a pattern of complaints concerning fulfillment and customer service for Sudden Safety Consultants. Consumer are telling BBB that they paid for and attended an OSHA 10 hour training class given by Sudden Safety Consultants. These consumers reportedly have not received their OSHA card from the company, despite completion of the class.  Many consumers say that they have waited for the card for more than 90 days, which is how long the company allegedly said it will take to receive it. Several consumers allege that they cannot get a response from the company about the status of their card, despite multiple attempts to reach them by telephone and e-mail. Some of those that do interact with the company claim they are told that Sudden Safety Consultants is being audited - so they must wait for a few more weeks to receive their cards.
