    7/4/2025 I contacted OEM experts for employee ***** after I received his information from a list of wholesale distributors. I explained that I was approved to sell on ****** and ******* and would like to purchase wholesale merchandise. ***** told me he had a lot of high-end valuable merchandise that I would make a lot of money on selling these items on ****** and *******. He never told me what merchandise it would be never told me a description only that it was high-end electronics and other stuff that I could sell on ****** and ******* as well as some extra stuff that he would throw in that I could sell at the ************ because of my experience selling at ************. I received the shipment of goods on May 22, ****************************** ***********. ***** had originally told me that it would be 2 to 3 pallets of high-end merchandise. The shipment only included one pallet of merchandise when I opened the boxes. The majority of the merchandise was unsellable goods that were low quality no name merchandise, such as many basketballs small metal baskets for home decor three boxes of used clothing that was returned back to target several boxes of old iPhone case cases, and the only valuable thing in the shipment was iPad cases which ended up not working because I had a customer try to use it and it didnt work when I receive the shipment. I immediately called ***** who told me that even though its one pallet, there is a lot of good merchandise that I will make a lot of money off of. I debated this with him and said Ive been doing this for years and none of this stuff will even come close to $6000 whether I purchased it or sell it. I immediately called him back to complain about the merchandise and he said that he would then go to the office and look at the invoice and get back to me by the end of the day he still did not do that.Additionally I found numerous bad reviews where he did the same thing to other people.
