5/13 called to get my toilet that's been slowly clogging repaired I was explaining to rep I wanted to purchase the ******* that used 129 dollars toward the purchase he advised it was for a flush for drains I said well I don't need a flush so he said I'll go waive the consult and add it toward the bill I was quoted between 2-4 tech wasn't here around 3ish I called and asked how far to make arrangement with household to open door tech calls I miss his call and he's in my house someone opened door advised the tech to please call me when bill is ready I'll be taking care of it needless to say the technician didn't call me when he gave quote spoke with my relative who opened door and advise him that 242.65 is what cost to run a snake down the toilet, he pulled a pen out of the toilet need to upgrade flush for toilet to stronger flush at this point I call the technician he already charges my dad I get upset I call the company they advise me the person I talk to was carol the dispatcher who advised the ******* is for flush for drains when the ******* didn't stipulate I believe the technician didn't call me because he knew my father didn't know the arrangement and wanted to charge more and I called carol and he advised call is recorded I said doesn't matter your practicing dishonesty and making people pay for blinded work and prices it's not right i advise I will be reporting this terrible transaction and outcome to the bbb he said go ahead it's recorded I said well your tech wasn't recorded when he told me he'd call me I advised him to call me back and he didn't call me because he knew my dad wasn't aware of the costs to take advantage of the situation!!! All this gentlemen did was put a snake down the toilet for 248 I advised carol no wonder they don't want people buying ******* the company loses out on money and can take advantage of Clients !!
