    They stopped in Spring of 2024, recommended a whole replacement. I set up inspection, insurance co. totaled the roof. The insurance wouldn't cover all the cost and was told by the rep that they could work on it. Months went by, not a word. Called rep back and was told an email would come from underwriter. Nothing. Called back and told an email would come for me to sign something. Was busy and frustrated and never heard back. Called back a year later and asked for help and was transferred to a voicemail box that was full and couldn't leave a message. Has anyone actually gotten work out of this company?

    Horrible company. They put on a new roof and it immediately leaked where it had never leaked before. I now have squirrels in my eave as they left pieces of it open, even though I complained about it. I am now waiting for the depreciation payment from the insurer, and they have enlisted a collection company to contact and threaten me. I have followed up with my insurer and should have payment soon. I have NO appreciation for the threat of affecting my credit. This company is a joke. I would NOT use them!!
