Accreditation Status

This business is not BBB accredited.

Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation.

To be accredited by BBB, a business must apply for accreditation and BBB must determine that the business meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB Accredited Businesses must pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public.

Reasons for Rating

  • Failure to respond to 1 complaint(s) filed against business

How does the Better Business Bureau rating system work?

Ratings range from A+ to F, based on factors like customer complaints, transparency, and responsiveness. Customer reviews do not impact the BBB rating. BBB also seeks and uses information directly from businesses and public data sources. Please find more information about our rating system.

BBB ratings reflect how a business is likely to interact with customers. Ratings update automatically as new information is received. In some cases, a business's grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite requests for the information.

Important Information

Advertising Review

On September 16, 2024, BBB Serving Eastern Michigan and Upper Peninsula requested that the company substantiate, modify, or discontinue its advertising “Up To” savings claims. Specifically, the company advertises “Save up to $500*” with no corresponding disclosures.

The BBB Code of Advertising states that, “Advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request.  All advertising that may mislead or deceive consumers should be avoided”

According to Section 11. Up To Price Savings Claims, "To avoid confusion or any possible deception, an advertiser should consider including a disclosure of both the minimum and maximum savings available under the offer. In such an instance, the advertiser must avoid any undue or misleading display of the maximum."

As of September 27, 2024, the business has failed to respond to BBB requests.

BBB asks third parties who publish complaints, reviews and/or responses on this website to affirm that the information provided is accurate. However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic.
