    Application
    Services: We provide Application Maintenance & Support (AMS), Application
    Development Services (ADS), and Application modernization and transformation
    services across various technologies from Mainframe, JAVA, .NET, and open-source
    technologies. We have expertise in building websites, CMS, portals, enterprise
    applications, API development, and integration. We also have expertise with the
    Adobe suite of products and the Salesforce platform.

    Mobile App
    Development, Deployment & Maintenance: We have built and deployed mobile
    applications for our Customers in iOS and Android app stores. We manage mobile
    application maintenance and enhancements as well.

    Testing Services:
    We provide end-to-end testing services, including developing test strategies,
    assessments, and maturity roadmaps for Testing CoEs, as well as Independent
    Verification and validation (IV&V). We have experience providing
    Functional, Regression, Performance, Load, APIs, Automation, Data, Security,
    and AI testing services.

    Digital Services:
    Our Digital services enable digital commerce, Digital Transformation, building
    Blockchain-based solutions, and integration with IIoT.

    Cloud Services:  Our Cloud services include developing Cloud
    Strategy, performing Cloud Migrations, providing cloud Architecture,
    Provisioning, and configuring Cloud instances, and Hosting & Cloud
    management.

    Analytics: Big Data, AI/ML, Data Visualization, Data Modernization.

    Transformation: We have Agile and Process coaches who can provide Enterprise

    Workforce
    Services

    Workforce Services
    is one of our initial service offerings that we provided when the company was
    founded in 1998. With Workforce Services we provide the following:

    Onsite
    Staff Augmentation: We
    provide resources with a variety of IT technical skills, Engineering Staffing
    as well as HR & Payroll staffing. We have ramped up hundreds of resources
    for our customers.

    Offshore
    Staff Augmentation: Our
    delivery centers at offshore can be leveraged to augment resources. These
    resources work from our secure delivery centers and connect to client
    environments using VPN, Citrix, or similar connectivity products. The ability
    to provide offshore staff, helps our Customers optimize the cost.  We also have the ability to provide dedicated
    offshore centers for Customers that have larger teams working from our
    facilities.

    Flexible
    Staff Augmentation: Sometimes,
    there is a need to scale up rapidly, either due to business situations or an
    emergency. We have helped Customers scale up their teams to assist during such
    needs.

    Contract
    Staff Augmentation: Some
    of our Customers like to hire our teams after they have worked on the Customer
    projects. We are able to provide such contract staff augmentation and these
    resources can be hired by our Customers at no cost after a period of 12 months.
    Customers can also hire these resources prior completion of a year for a fee –
    we have a sliding scale of fees based on the duration the resource has been on
    the project.

    Co-Location
    Services: Our delivery
    centers onshore and offshore can be utilized to create co-located teams. We
    have had several instances where Customer teams and V2Soft teams worked out of
    our facilities.

    Working with Managed Service Providers (MSP): We have
    worked with several MSPs, including Magnit, MSX, Barpellam, Kelly Services,
    Pinnacle Group, Acro, Fieldglass, Beeline, VectorVMS, etc., as well as working
    directly with customers using their staffing VMS tools.

    Junior
    Associate Program:  Each year, we hire teams of college graduates
    and put them thru a rigorous training curriculum lasting 6 months. After they
    are trained, they are embedded in live projects for another 6 months. These
    candidates are periodically evaluated and those that pass our criteria are then
    available for project assignments. This program was so successful that we
    modified it to provide this as a service for our Customers to right-size the
    project pyramids. Clients have the ability to provide the technology stack and
    review the training curriculum that these resources undergo.

    Product
    Development

    We have developed
    B2B and B2C products for ourselves and our Customers. In the last three years,
    we have developed four products. We have a start-up mindset, which helps get
    products to market quickly for our Customers.

    Dedicated
    Delivery Center

    We can provide
    our customers with a dedicated delivery center either in the US or India. In
    addition to providing isolation of the physical space, we can also provide
    network isolation and adhere to Customer required auditable processes and
    procedures. We have co-located teams where our Customer teams and V2Soft
    resources, dedicated to Customer engagements, work closely together within the
    dedicated delivery center.

    Innovation Lab

    Our Innovation lab is available for
    our Customers to perform proofs-of-concept (POCs) or try out new technologies
    and identify or validate technology use cases.

    Our engagement models:

    Time & Material (T&M):
    Standard approach, wherein our employees work with our customers for the
    contract duration.

    Fixed price, milestone-based:  Fixed fee, project-based with milestone-based
    deliverables and payment.

    Managed Services: Outsourcing that
    covers all IT functions, including application management, managed testing, and
    cloud operations.

    Managed Capacity: This is a middle ground
    between Time & Material and Fixed Price engagements. When scope cannot be
    defined up-front, however, the annual ball-park effort to be expended is known,
    and this engagement model can be utilized. Based on mutual agreement, a core
    team is deployed for the engagement to deliver the effort. Ownership of
    delivery is jointly owned by V2Soft along with the Customer teams. Ramp-up and
    down over the core team are handled with flex teams to ensure adequate staff is
    available for ramp-up and ramp-down of projects throughout the year. There is
    complete transparency for the Customer in terms of effort expended by each
    resource and this model is billed as an overall T&M. A joint 30-60-90 day
    forecast with the Customer ensures optimum allocation and ramp-up & down of
    resources.
