Unfortunately had very poor customer service from a towing company. Service people were great, owner was a nightmare. Recieved a tow, service man was great got my vehicle right out. Asked for payment and told me I could pay online, I said that would be great. He said if I choose to pay that way it would give me receipt to submit to insurance, I said that would be great. He didn't say to do it right away or by a certain time. I prepared to leave my house with computer etc. Got a call on my way, declined because I was on the other line with my accountant, they sent a text through at 12:25 after calling multiple times. Text said if I didn't make a payment in 3 minutes that they would change the price. I responded via text to let them know when I arrived to the office I would have my office admin take care of it. I received no response. Got to the office, she was very busy, handled the payment when the line subsided at 12:48 and made payment. I did have a conversation at some point prior to 12:25 that I was on my way and my office admin would handle it due to my having someone scheduled for an interview. I was never notified in the beginning that payment needed to occur in a certain amount of time or I would have let the driver call it in. I wasn't crazy about calling it in because I never would have received a receipt. I called to dispute the charge when I saw that they changed price and was not going to change it. Thankfully the phone calls were recorded and will back up my story. Very very disappointed with the service that I recieved with the company and would like them to honor the original quote which was recorded.
