I had surgery for a *** on October 29th in Miami. I was receiving lymph draining massages from a doctor in Miami before coming back to Maryland. This doctor was pushing fluid out my body so that the surgery I got can settle in correctly and the pain I was having from the fluid being in me could be taken out so that I wouldn't be in pain anymore or have health issues later. When I came back to Maryland I found this spot which is the Spa Central on *.**** ****** Baltimore md. And schedule to be seen there upon my first visit I explained what surgery I had done as well as how they were doing my drainage in Miami so that I can continue to get it done the correct way. I was told by an employee that the way the do there drainage in Maryland is to massage the fluid through the body so it exits through the blood and kidneys and urine. I've had about 4/5 massages and explained that I'm still in pain. I seen the difference in Miami when the fluid was pushed out but didn't see any difference coming to the spa central. I've called in spa central to speak on these issues a couple times as well as trying to see how many massages I had left because I brought a bundle package. They are very unorganized couldn't tell me how much I paid when it was paid or how many massages I had left. At every appointment I went to with them they can't asking me for payments after I mad a payment for the bundle package. I was even asked for a tip after stating I was still in pain. I think they just wanted my money and didn't really care about me getting the proper service I needed. I'm asking for a complete refund because I still have fluid on my body according to my doctor and I'm still in a lot of pain. This could be a huge health risk me all together I paid 447.50 for services I didn't get what i actually needed and paid on
