I would Challenge *************************** or **** in Service to anything below NOT TRUE! NEW BUYERS BE ****! I Purchased all my Kitchen Appliances from City Plumbing Spring of 2020, after 18 months, my refrigerator stopped cooling. After 3-4 trips from their service team, I was told I had to work through Whirlpool to resolve my problem and they would no longer make any more service calls. I ask for ******* to return my calls and he communicated through ****, he would not be calling me back. After ***** days with no working unit, **** called me and was very RUDE and told me under no circumstances they would not be back out. I was professional and passionate through the entire process however, the last call **** made to me was totally unprofessional and not how you treat customers. I had to call Whirlpool and work through them. As a small business owner myself, I stand behind my products do my very best to satisfy 100% of them. I have been without a working refrigerator since April and still working through Whirlpool to resolve my problem. NEVER EVER AGAIN would I use this company because all they want is the sale up front and forget about **************** after the sale.They are going to respond about the ***** happy customers they have but I will assure you that if you have you have issues after purchasing equipment, GOOD LUCK on getting resolution!
