    I've had a leak that has caused my water bill to jump from $50 to $2500. I have put in work orders but they show up months later after work order is put in. Rentsmart property manager refuses to respond to my email about the $2500 water bill. Between work orders, calls to the office and emailing the property manager I have still gotten no response on who is going to be held responsible for the water bill. Rentsmart Property Management does not handle work order in a fair amount of time and seems to refuse to take responsibility of situations that are their fault. I want them to cover the cost of the water bill.

    These people are crooked. They stole my niece and I personal items. They did an illegal eviction. I had to press charges on these people. They changed the locks and even stole my dog. I am now filing a civil suit on rentsmart properties and its entirety. They have no respect for people. If it wasn’t for customers they would not be in business.

    Caneshia Jones was in fact under eviction due to her not paying her rent. She owed us over 2 months rent. She wouldn't respond to our phone calls, emails and text about her past due rent. We went to the property to see what the condition was in and it was completely destroyed. We received multiple complaints about this tenant from the neighbors. We were told that she had moved out. Numerous gang members she apparently was associated with were hanging around our property with guns. They were going in and out of our unit and were not on the lease agreement. The unit she rented from us was left wide open. She abandoned her dog in the property in one of the rooms with the door closed. Dog looked like it hadn't ate in weeks. Dog feces was all over the room. We have pictures of the junk that was left behind in the unit. Our property has been destroyed by this tenant and left us with 2 months rent unpaid. We informed the gang members we would give them a couple of days to get any of their stuff out of the property before we would change the locks. Also, we called/texted/emailed the tenant we would give her several days to get her stuff out. We heard nothing back from the tenant about this. It's a shame that we don't get paid our rent for providing you a place to live and you destroyed our property and you have the audacity to complain to the BBB.

    I have a police report and emails that’s clearly states the apartment was not abandoned and that there were no gang members hanging inside or outside the property. Also those same neighbors names and addresses on police witness the maintenance guy stealing tvs, air condition, clothes, my dog that so called looke like she wasn’t fed. I pressed charges Jason the same guy that stole my things came back and throwed on of my tvs on the side of the apartment busted up and broken. Also I have proof Rentsmart executed and illegal eviction. I will be seeing you guys in court !!!! Be blessed
