Me and my family went to have a celebration dinner at one of our favorite restaurants on 1/18/2022. Once finished i noticed there was a 18% gratuity and it was only 3 of us me, my fianc, and my baby. Once we got ready to pay our waiter took forever to come get our payment so we walked to the front to pay. Our total was ***** .The manager took our payment of a $100 dollar ****, checked it in front of the store and went to the back to get our change. He did not come back with our change for about 8 minutes. He handed our change to the server and she placed it inside her check book slickly pulling money from the back instead of the front. We received a counterfeit $20 ****. We were almost the last people in the store before closing so we had to call the next day. I called 3 times asking to speak to the manager and they all said he wasn't there. I finally received a call back around 7 the night of 1/19/2022 the manager was rude acknowledging the fact that a customer had given him the $20 so that's what he gave us and there was nothing he could do about it. I even asked for accommodation and told him i would be making a police report and just says ok and hangs up.
