Called Anytime Plumber first time Aug.2023 with an overflowed basement commode, they came out checked lines with camera and (thought) a line may have collapsed and charged me $303.00 and said I might need new lines, called them again in Sept, They came out again installed some tanks lids which I did not ask for and said I needed new feeder lines (Leech field lines I guess) This time charged me $5,300.00 and told me that amount would be deducted when they installed the lines. I told them to do what they had to do to take care of my problem. I'm not sure of the name but it looks like Levi told me they would install the lines and would get in touch with Health Dept to get the permit. Time passed and I did not hear from them and I had another overflow on Thanksgiving day but did not call, cleaned up the mess and called the next Day Nov. 25 they promised someone would be out on Sat. No one showed up, so I called either Mone or Tues.Nov. 28-29 and again was promised someone would come out, again no one showed up. Finally after calling and not gettine any results, Called the Health Dept to see if permit had been issued they had no record of such permit. I called one last time and was told they would get back in touch with me. I gaot a call from Anytime Plumber saying they did not install feeder lines and gave me another Company to call which I did not call. Now I still have to get someone out to install new field lines and am out 5,300 and my problem has not been resolved. I feel like this company scammed me, I am 84 years old and Levi was such a smooth talker I believed he was going to fix my problem. All the work they did I did not actually need. I feel I deserve a refund. My neighbors in Robledal suggest I hire an Attorney I hate to go that route but will if needed. I don't think this is a trustworthy company. I would hate for other people to be taken in by them.
