            I called Johnson Brothers on 4/7/2023 to unclog my kitchen sink and they told me that they would be over on 4/10/2023. The plumbers got here 4/10/2023 and started to unclog the sink but that they weren't sure if it was cleared because my septic tank was full. I called a septic tank company to clean tank and they came on 4/11/2023 morning. The septic tank company was A1 Payless Plumbing Service. They cleaned the septic tank so I went inside the house and turned on the water in the sink and it started to fill up again. I paided the Johnson Brothers $330.00 dollars to unclog the sink and it was still clogged. I called the company and told them that the sink was still clogged and they told me I would have to pay the same amount again $330.00. I don't think it's fair that the job was not completed and they want to charge me again.
